Econova has aquired Ljungskile Fiber AB

Econova expands its business through the acquisition of Ljungskile Fiber AB, a family company founded in 1979 and today has a turnover of 56,3 MSEK.

Ljungskile Fiber will be run by the previous owners as a separate company within business area Econova Energy.

The acquisition will strengthen Econova’s position on the bio fuel market, especially on the Swedish west coast, parts of Mälardalen and in Norway.
